Meeting Santa!

Well, wasn't this fun! Probably more fun for Mom and Dad than little Luke. Our realtor invited us to come to their office for a Christmas experience with activities, food, drinks, and of course Santa. Mom and Dad were very excited for the great Santa pictures to come. Luke did not disappoint as he gave us some great crying pictures. We don't have a lot of crying pictures, so we were pretty excited to get some good ones. We sat him down in Santa's lap, he took a few seconds to turn around and check Santa out, then turned back to the camera for some great bottom lip out crying pics. Amy tried to sit with him to ease the traumatic experience, but it didn't help much. Maybe we'll have some better luck next year.

Thanksgiving!

Monday before Thanksgiving, Luke and Lee headed to Houston to spend the week with the Strickhousers. Amy flew down Wednesday morning and we all came home on Friday. We had lots of fun with everyone including a trip to the park for lots of swinging. Luke could sit and swing all day long if allowed. Luke had turkey with gravy and sweet potatoes (Gerber of course) for his Thanksgiving meal and loved it all. Amy had to work Friday night and then we headed down to Cranfills Gap Saturday to visit with Amy's family for another Thanksgiving meal. It was great and we had a good time visiting with everyone. Luke especially enjoyed making funny vibrating type noises on the bumpy dirt road. We had some good Thanksgiving meals and had a lot of fun with all our family.
